Wholewheat tortilla in a bowl
Add black beans
Add ground turkey meat with taco seasoning
Top with lettuce tomatoes and onions
Add a little cheese and salsa
Make it simple and healthy

Cook lean pot roast in a crock pot with water, onion, salt and garlic.
Chop lettuce onion and tomatoes even cilantro for extra flavor.
2 corn tortillas a dollop of guacamole and salsa. Super easy and the whole family will love it!
Portion out your meat about 3/4 cup for both tacos and if you add cheese just 1/4 cup. Serve and enjoy!
